UEDM Vendor Registration Terms and Conditions

I understand that the Uptown Emerging Designers Market reserves the right to deny any vendor's application if his/her work does not meet the criteria or is not considered appropriate for sale at the Uptown Emerging Designers Market. I understand that if confirmed as a vendor at the Uptown Emerging Designers Market, I must pay a non-refundable $50 deposit due upon receipt of vendor confirmation to reserve my space at the market. The remaining balance is due on the day that I vend at the market. My vendor space fee is non-refundable once I have paid in full. I am agreeing to operate my 8' x 5' vendor space as a seller for the entire duration of the Uptown Emerging Designers Market on the day(s) that I register to vend. I agree to clean up after myself and leave my space free of all garbage at the end of the event. I understand that the Uptown Emerging Designers Market and the Hip Hop Culture Center are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of any items.
